Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Offshore electrical power systems experience
Low Voltage Medium Voltage High Voltage Systems
Generators transformers large motors VFDs
Power Management Load Shedding System knowledge
Motor Control Centers switchgear expertise
Nice-to-have
Owner operator or major engineering contractor experience
Multi-discipline engineering team interfacing
Fabrication yards offshore installation support
Commissioning and start-up activities experience
Risk-based decision-making in project environment
