Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Employee Relations experience
Conducting sensitive confidential investigations
Knowledge of federal state employment laws
Managing ADA and pregnancy accommodation requests
Experience with harassment discrimination cases
Nice-to-have
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Coaching mentoring ER partners
Data analytics and workforce dashboard skills
Strong conflict resolution abilities
Experience with EEOC MCAD proceedings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS tools
Must have experience with employee relations investigations
