Must-have
2-3 years construction or project management experience
Valid driver's license with city driving requirements
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS programs
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety policies
Nice-to-have
CAD experience preferred
Facilities experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC and fire suppression systems
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work extended and irregular hours
Key Requirements
