Base: $124,000 - $211,000.00 (National); $150,420.00 - $225,630.00 (California); Bonus/Equity: bonus eligible; Benefits: paid time off, paid leave, retirement savings plan, wellness support, health benefits

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years UX Designer experience
  • 5+ years senior or lead capacity experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with design/UX platforms and tools
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Experience managing design process from strategy to delivery
  • Advanced understanding of accessible, inclusive, and equitable design
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
