Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements and related documentation to support the bank’s global markets business.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of derivatives, relevant regulatory frameworks, and market practices, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • You will provide advice and assistance to GMD, reporting directly into the Head of Global Markets Documentation in Sydney and indirectly to Head of Legal, UK in London.
