Job Summary

Your primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff, and coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop individualized care plans.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered South Carolina RN license
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
Current CPR certification
