Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Contract and Claims commercial management
Middle East construction market experience
FIDIC Contracts experience
Client presentations and reports
Nice-to-have
Delivery experience in Saudi Arabia
Large company project financial control systems
Large company internal governance procedures
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years post qualification experience
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
Chartered QS (MRICS or MCIOB)
Minimum 10 years consultant and/or client background
