KBR is seeking a Training & Support Services Assistant Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves developing and implementing training and quality strategies for the Estates Intelligence team, ensuring high standards and effective management of training requirements
Job Summary
Work closely with the Training & Support Services Manager to develop training and quality strategies for the Estates Intelligence team.
Provide direct line management to the Training & Support Services team, including regular 1-on-1 meetings, development support, and coaching.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and recommend improvements.
