Job Summary

  • Improve and streamline legal operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing guidelines, and establishing scalable workflows for contract management, outside counsel management, litigation support, knowledge management, entity management, IP protection, and the provision of legal support.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize outside counsel engagement to reduce legal spend while maintaining high-quality support.
