Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years engineering or quality experience
Direct people management and team leadership
Shop floor quality initiative experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of MCL practices and procedures
Experience with CORE operational excellence frameworks
Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety standards
Advanced analytical and statistical skills
Working knowledge of SAP and Solumina software
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience OR Master's plus 5 years
High School Diploma plus 12 years experience if no degree
