Leading the QHSE team, managing workload and capacity, coordinating planned activities to avoid interferences, and aligning roles and responsibilities of the team based on global definitions.
Development and implementation of regular training and awareness initiatives on QHSE issues, providing functional expertise, and supporting QHSE friendly execution of all planned activities.
