Key Requirements
BS Civil Engineering or related discipline
8 years of related experience
Professional Engineering License in Maryland
10+ years of related experience
Experience with D/M/V water/wastewater clients
Working knowledge of permitting regulations
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management software
Demonstrated business development experience
Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects
