Job Summary

• In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless video delivery for millions of viewers by deploying and optimizing cutting-edge streaming solutions across North America.
• Provide Level 1 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
• Compensation: $100K–$130K base salary + potential incentives; Hybrid Work: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote; Health & Financial: Medical, dental, vision (60% covered), Life & AD&D, 401(k) with 4% match.
