The role also involves substantial responsibility for supporting Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notification filings with the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
The expected base salary range for this role is $93,400 to 109,500 per year, and this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation and benefits.
