Job Summary
Support the Credit Insurance area in daily department activities, including administrative tasks, policy issuance flow, and insurance management and administration, with direct contact with internal and external clients.
Prepare monitoring and policy management reports, track processes, and interact with Commercial, Products, Operations, and Claims areas, as well as direct contact with brokers and clients.
Participate in corporate training, business events, and internal and external meetings for personal and professional development within the Credit Insurance market.
