Salary
Base: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00; Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage. Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 4 years’ experience
6 years’ experience in financial services, retail analytics, retail finance, or related area
1 year’s supervisory experience
Strong financial modeling skills
Proven experience managing financial risk
Experience negotiating with financial institutions
