  • Build a high growth business by scaling up E-commerce capability, which will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey in Health Technology.
  • Expand the current business in JD and Ali channels to the whole E-commerce channels, to increase market share and maximize sell-out.
  • Develop annual plan (Sale in/thru/out target, promotion, budget, customer experiences improvement) and achieve sustainable e-commerce business growth thru the winning strategy, capable account portfolio, effective cross-functional collaboration.
