SEC reporting experience
Workiva (Wdesk) proficiency
XBRL validation and submission
U.S. GAAP knowledge
Investment company and 1940 Act reporting

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
CPA license preferred
Minimum 4+ years relevant experience
Experience in public accounting and/or industry
Exposure to BDCs, investment companies, or 1940 Act entities
