Job Summary

  • In this pivotal role, you will oversee all daily box office operations, while reporting to the Box office Manager, and supervise a team of ticket sellers and ensure the highest standards of guest service, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed, and facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments.
  • Ensure that venue staff follows cash handling policies & procedures, balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers, and assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
