The incumbent provides guidance and conducts reviews of procedures, statutory requirements, contracts, invoices, budgets, and financial reports to ensure adherence to applicable statutes.

Base: $43,267.00 - $75,718.00; Recruitment Range: $43,267.00 - $55,608.00; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, NCFlex program

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
One year of related experience
Reviewing federal grant expenditures
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data
Experience with subrecipient financial records
Ability to prepare written compliance findings
