Job Summary
This role is responsible for executing lifecycle strategies to improve member engagement and drive commercial performance.
You will build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, pre-stay, post-stay, win-back, and tier upgrade triggers.
The position requires tracking points accrual trends and supporting liability monitoring in partnership with the Finance team.

Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in loyalty programme management
