  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills and sound judgment
  • Experience supporting or training new representatives
  • Ability to generate ad-hoc reports
  • Experience using telephony systems, CRMs/ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office
