The Director of Engineering for IDEX Advanced Flow Solutions (AFS) is responsible for setting technical strategy and leading innovation across a diverse product portfolio, driving the evolution to integrated, data-enabled systems.
This role oversees multi-disciplinary engineering functions including software development, New Product Development, sustaining engineering, and project management, partnering closely with various departments to meet product targets.
The Director will design and implement the engineering organizational structure and talent strategy, ensuring the organization can execute current and future strategic initiatives.
