Compass Health Center is seeking a Group Therapist Intern for the 2026-2027 internship year to provide therapeutic interventions in a crisis-level mental health setting. This unpaid internship offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience in various treatment modalities while working under the supervision of experienced clinicians

Job Summary

  • This internship offers an in-depth opportunity to gain clinical experience in multiple treatment modalities and theoretical frameworks with a focus on group therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and potential additional opportunities.
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions in PHP and IOP therapy groups including coping skills groups, process groups, experiential therapy groups and more.
  • Interns demonstrating exemplary performance will be strongly considered for future employment at Compass.
