The “Data Scientist: People Analytics and Insights” will be responsible for applying analytical/technical expertise to translate business problems into actionable solutions and leading execution and automation of analytical projects.
Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and self‑service analytics solutions.

Tableau: Proficiency in building dashboards, calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameter actions, performance optimization, and publishing to Tableau Server
