  • The Human Resources Director is responsible for bringing to life all elements of the people strategy and initiatives that drive the retention, engagement, capabilities, efficiencies and productivity of our workforces.
  • This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent management, leadership development, organisational design, total rewards, learning and development, employee engagement, and Business initiatives.
