This role offers the autonomy to lead multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects end-to-end while building strong client relationships across defence, transport, and energy sectors.
Candidates will actively contribute to winning work, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping the direction of AECOM's civil engineering practice in South Australia.
The position includes flexible work arrangements, up to 6 weeks of additional annual leave, and the opportunity to join a global team delivering significant 'once in a generation' infrastructure projects.

DRAINS, 12D, and AutoCAD proficiency

Austroads standards interpretation
Client relationship management at senior level

Experience working on Defence projects
Existing Australian security clearance
Chartered Professional Engineer designation
Ability to navigate design-to-site gap
Entrepreneurial spirit and delivery focus
Key Requirements
10+ years post-graduate experience in civil design
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent
Relevant engineering tertiary qualification
Sound knowledge of Australian civil engineering standards
