The Business Analyst will support the transformation of the existing Solicitation Review System from Microsoft PowerAutomate, Forms, Excel, and PowerBI into a redesigned workflow and data management system built on Jotform.
Responsibilities include structured requirements gathering, documentation, gap analysis, validation, and testing support, coordinating requirements gathering meetings with CQC staff.
The role requires collaboration with the Senior Systems Advisor on system design and development, ensuring legacy and new data can coexist for unified analytics.
