Job Summary
Lead and manage engineering activities for Bushing manufacturing, ensuring designs and processes meet customer requirements, Indian statutory norms, and international standards.
Own and manage the Engineering function for Bushing products, delivering outputs on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, while strengthening design control mechanisms.
Act as a key interface between Factory Engineering, R&D, Global Product Support, and other global engineering hubs, driving DAPA initiatives and promoting knowledge sharing.
