Job Summary

• The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of personnel, and program implementation.
• Essential duties include supervising all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of care.
• The role requires implementing new treatment programs, monitoring outcomes, approving timecards, providing employee evaluations, and attending facility and company meetings.
