Base: $140,000 - $150,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in life sciences or related field
2+ years clinical specimen procurement experience
Knowledge of human biospecimens and storage conditions
Experience with FDA and IRB regulatory requirements
Strong documentation and chain of custody management
Nice-to-have
Experience coordinating with biobanks and CROs
Familiarity with GCP and ICH-GCP standards
Ability to work independently in regulated environments
Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
Key Requirements
PhD in life sciences, health sciences, or biotechnology
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in biospecimen logistics
Proven track record in vendor and site coordination
