Must-have
High school diploma or GED required
3 years experience in related field
Proficient with lathes, milling machines, grinders
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Willingness to work B-shift Tuesday-Friday
Nice-to-have
Experience mentoring junior technicians
Fork truck and boom lift license
CNC programming proficiency
Lean manufacturing knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Vendor management experience
