Must-have
5 years software or manufacturing experience
LMR telecom mission-critical background
Expertise in quality processes and metrics
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
Proficiency in data analysis tools EasyBI Tableau
Strong Root Cause Analysis and Defect Management skills
Nice-to-have
Automated test scripts using C# Java Script SQL
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Data Analytics skills beyond basic proficiency
Master's degree in STEM field preferred
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management PLM
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM (Master's preferred)
Background in LMR, telecom, or mission-critical communications
