Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience in Oncology/Hematology or Specialty Therapy Areas
Specialty Care Account Management experience (Tender mainly)
Experience in Commercial, Medical Affairs or Market Access
Strong understanding of Compliance and Medical Governance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience
Proactive, innovative mindset
Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams
Strong influencing skills
Skilled in gathering and translating stakeholder insights
