Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing the customer relationships at customer manufacturing facilities, as well a customer field quality, and the internal and external quality KPI’s that go with those areas.
You will support and oversee the Quality Assurance of our SW products in the applicable region, along with software that is installed in our hardware by manufacturing partners.
In this role you will aslo collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, as well as collaborate with software engineers and developers, and ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented, and contribute to supplier and software development quality improvement programs.
