Key Requirements

  • Managed engineering team of at least 2 people
  • Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)

  • Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
  • Ability to think in systems
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of engineering principles
  • Proven organizational skills
