You will be responsible for leading and coordinating intricate and strategic programs that are imperative to Workday's success.
Using program management methodologies, this role will drive sophisticated projects end-to-end by identifying and leading scope, dependencies, and risks, driving timeline alignment, and reporting on the health and status of the program.

Key Requirements
7+ years leading sophisticated, cross-functional, technology based end-to-end programs
BS or MS or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems
Strong experience in project management methodologies and templates
Proficiency in program tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets)
