Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission; Annual refresh stock grants included

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Managing multiple concurrent project engagements
  • Budget ownership and P&L responsibility

Nice-to-have

  • Previous consulting experience with software companies
  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level
  • 6+ years of demonstrable project management experience
