This role focuses on providing end-to-end advice, support, and coaching on performance management and Employee Relations matters, including managing ER casework.
You will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to managers, ensuring alignment with Fair Work legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policy.
