Job Summary

  • This role serves as an in-house lawyer within the Office of General Counsel, providing critical legal advice and compliance support to the Risk & Quality function.
  • The successful candidate will lead the firm's business compliance with complex regulations including PDPA/GDPR, Anti-Corruption, and Antitrust laws while managing external counsel for litigation.
  • You will supervise and mentor the OGC team, reporting to the OGC Director and CRO to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with global organizational standards.

Key Requirements
