Job Summary
This position offers a half-time Graduate Research Assistant role funded by the NSF to support community-scale synthesis research in molecular and cellular sciences.
Selected candidates will process and analyze complex molecular datasets including transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and Hi-C while developing reproducible computational pipelines.
The role requires full-time doctoral students at Penn State University Park to work 20 hours per week in person under the mentorship of designated NCEMS research staff.
