Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment-related documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In-Service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
