Job Summary
Play an important role in the oversight, management, and general upkeep of our property that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards.
Ensures that physical plant maintenance needs are met including but not limited to basic daily repairs of residential and common areas of the building interior and exterior, major mechanical equipment, kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
Develops and manages budget effectively, monitoring expenses regularly and preparing a monthly variance report.
