Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience in large regional or MNC finance department
  • Financial services firm experience preferably insurance
  • Hands-on Month-end close and Budgeting experience
  • Strong analytical and process orientation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities

Key Requirements

  • Accounting or Finance degree required
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in finance or business analysis
  • Experience in Insurance industry especially GI underwriting
  • Advanced Degree (CFA/CA/MBA) preferred
