  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
