  • Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across an operational or functional area to drive cultural transformation and step-change in operational business metrics.
  • Support day-to-day Quality Operations for an organization of 1000+ engineers worldwide, coordinating quality issue resolution, QMS auditing, and quality management reviews.
  • Partner with the broader quality community to drive a zero-defect culture, broaden problem-solving tools, and maintain daily management of quality through dashboards and queries.
