Job Summary

  • The TS MLL Site Service Owner will have accountability for end to end infrastructure, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services that enable supply chain innovation across multiple MedTech business units.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations across lab computing, instrument workstations, segmented/ICE networks, and integrated IT/OT capabilities.
  • Direct extended, global, enterprise teams of internal and external professionals and manage contracted support and delivery teams to maximize value.
