Job Summary
This role combines operational Human Resource (HR) leadership with strategic vision, driving innovative initiatives and fostering a high-performance work environment.
Leads and provide expert advice and support to a client portfolio within the organization in the areas of employment services, labour relations, talent management, compensation, occupational health and safety, employee performance management, abilities management, learning and development, HRIS and records, and policy development and administration.
Provides clear direction, support, mentorship, and coaching to team members within the People, Safety and Culture team.

$131,052.29 - $154,179.15 yearly
