  • You will be responsible for advising various corporate functions, from the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board to management teams and remuneration committees on all aspects of remuneration.
  • This role offers a great opportunity to join the Executive Reward team as a (Senior) Manager, supporting strategic reward advice including plan design, (ESG) target setting, governance, tax, implementation, and communication.
