As a Business Analyst – Compensation & Reporting, you will play a critical role in ensuring our incentive programs are accurate, transparent, financially sound, and trusted.
You will join a small, specialist team responsible for calculating and paying weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses to a diverse population across the organisation.
This role requires someone who not only understands these values, but lives them daily—especially when dealing with sensitive financial and compensation data.
